Who We Are
The principal of Outdoor Design & Build is Gary Kaye. Born and raised in Wellington, Gary moved to the Wairarapa in 2001 after purchasing a 20 acre section. Gary developed the block, planting 1200 olive trees and creating what is now Waipoua Estate.

What We Do
Outdoor Design & Build offers a complete service from design stage through to completion including contracting of other trades and obtaining permits and consents. We design and build decks, verandahs, pergolas, patios and doors as well as constructing paths, steps and gardens. We specialise in opening up homes and buildings to create outdoor living space.

Outdoor Design & Build offers a complete solution which seamlessly integrates building, landscaping and design. We place major emphasis on customer service and a high quality finish. (We also really do appreciate home baking and don't just take it for granted!)
